Lawyer

Monique was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia on 1 February 2016. She holds a Master of Legal Practice from the Australian National University and a Bachelor of Laws from Edith Cowan University.

In recognition of her contribution to the legal profession and the community, Monique was nominated for the Women Lawyers of Western Australia – Woman Lawyer of the Year Award in 2023 and 2024. She is also involved with Fostering Hope Australia Inc, a charity supporting children in foster and out-of-home care.

Monique is a dedicated family lawyer who supports clients through complex and often challenging family law matters with compassion and practical advice. She has experience in both private practice and the community legal sector, including volunteering at Sussex Street Community Legal Centre, where she assisted clients with family law advice and support.

Monique is experienced in drafting Family Court documents, divorce applications, legal correspondence and conducting legal research. She is recognised for her strong drafting skills, attention to detail and clear communication with clients.
